ALL SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Hey all you Wildcats! Last Blast is coming up on June 3rd and as most of you know this is when we do our car show. If anyone is interested in entering their car in the show, pick up an entry form from outside of the ASB office and turn it in to the turn-in-folder outside the ASB office.
Seniors: If you need more graduation tickets, pick up a lottery form in the main office or counseling center.
Attention Seniors: There is a mandatory senior check-out meeting on Friday June 5th during 3rd period in the auditorium. All seniors must attend this meeting for graduation purposes.
Attention all students, girls and boys interested in playing tennis next year. Come to the courts on the next 3 Wednesdays to play and have fun. We will start June 3rd 2:30-4:00 pm. See Mr. Gibowski or Ms. Job if you have any questions. New players are welcome!!
It's already May and time for our students to be reflecting on their second semester grades and attendance. As stated in our Mount Si Student Handbook, "All students who have 12 or more absences, excused or unexcused, in any class will loose credit (NC) in that class without a successful appeal to the Attendance Committee". If your student has 10 or more absences in any class we recommend that they review their second semester attendance records online or request an attendance print out for second semester from the attendance office. In order to successfully appeal the 12 or more absence policy, students must request an appeal application from the Attendance Office and obtain teacher signatures and recommendations to be eligible for the appeal hearing. The schedule for second semester appeals is as follows.
May 26 - Appeal forms available in Attendance Office
June 4 - Appeal forms due
June 8 & 9 - Appeal hearings held for Seniors ONLY
June 18& 22-Appeal hearings held for all under classman
If you have any questions please contact the Attendance Office at 425-831-8200.
Football Players: Your Bowl-a-thon money is due! Spring camp starts next week. |
