This class puts an emphasis on the five components of physical fitness. 1. Muscular Strength  2. Muscular Endurance  3. Cardiovascular Endurance 4. Flexibility  5. A Healthy Body Composition.
For motivation we have implemented the 600 pound club for girls and the 1000 pound club for boys.  This consists of a 1-max lift attempt in the following lifts.
A.  Bench
B.  Squat
C.  Power Clean
D.  Dead lift
All 1-max attempts at each lift are added together for total.  If the total (for girls) is 600 or more, she receives a free t-shirt with the logo 600 pound club!  The same goes for boys who must reach 1000 pounds or more.
